I'm a parent to a toddler who realised how much we both got out of going to stay & play groups near us. 
 
However, it was often hard to find updated information about all the local playgroups. I had to trawl through old blogs posts to see what was available and when. A lot of local government sites that listed playgroups were also often out of date. 
 
So I started The Play Map: a simple to use, no-fuss directory of stay & play parent/toddler groups for under 5's in London. I'd hope each parent/carer can find at least one playgroup near them open each weekday by using the map. Our directory also lists groups just for dads, babies, SEND babies and toddlers as well as groups in the afternoon.

I'm a big believer in stay and play groups helping babies and toddlers learn how to socialise. They're also a fantastic way to meet other parents. In addition, because of the cost of living getting higher, they also represent incredible value for money (so many are free too!). Much of this thanks to the amazing work of the voluntary sector.
